The mind exists in duality, the real and the ideal. The real mind is your brain and nervous system combined with the impulses travelling along neurons throughout your body. As they are physical constructs located within the body, they are the body, those portions of the body dedicated to serve the ideal mind. They are the mode by which the other half of your mind can conduct business. The ideal mind is the thoughts, realized or awaiting, that are the business of the mind. The ideal mind is immeasurably flexible and malleable even beyond the capabilities of the known states of being. The only limiting agent set upon the mind is the transformation of the indescribable beauty of an idea through the limiting filter of reality into the final product.
Hypothesis on the Connection Between Body and Mind
The mind is a mediator of information for the body. The mind is not the gateway of information to the body but it is able to influence the perception of the signals that are received through the sensing of the environment in the multiple methods known and unknown. The mind then has the potential to amplify or dampen a signal through the use of hormones. The hormones act as synergists. Gaining control of the mind allows for the control of hormonal release and therefore the amplification or nullification of signals. Control of the mind allows for us to sense the environment in its honest state.
The mind is capable of deceiving the body. through the management of hormones and the potential to alter signals, the mind is a powerful partner to the body. The body is encoded to be conservative. Our survival is entrusted to the body and if left to its own accord, the body will minimize our functions in order to extend the preservation of the body through time. The body therefore relies upon the mind to choose voluntary pro-action and responses to signals. It trusts that the mind is deciding in the best interests of the body and will act without question. The mind is at liberty to send modified signals whether they are beneficial or not. The imagination, the exploration of the ideal, can send signals to the body in the same manner as the detection of signals. The body does not question. If the imagination is allowed to explore across a spectrum, the mind will signal the body in accordance to the level of perceived negative or positive stimuli. Thus, the mind can trigger responses in the body to an environment that is existing solely in the ideal and is not real. Control of the mind allows for us to avoid sending unnecessary signals to the body. It allows for the body to be used in a manner that is of the highest benefit to the self, no wasted effort.
The mind is meant to think. The body has many signal detecting methods in order to perceive the environment. The mind has the privilege to receive all signals in their raw form, unedited as they may be sent to the body. The mind is given this capability in order for it to think, to analyze, to imagine, to categorize, to format, to ultimately interpret. The mind has the ability to receive the sum total of signals and to form them into thought. A thought can then be acted upon. Thoughts require a refreshing set of data in order to be able to refine. The purest thoughts are the most informed thoughts. Receiving novel stimuli continuously upgrades the thoughts in order to distill and concentrate them into their purest sense. We call this learning. Reception of the same stimuli repeatedly without novelty leaves us with uninformed thoughts that degrade with redundancy. Degraded thoughts, present in the powerful mind, have as much authority as any to mediate signals sent to the body. This is an error caused by the denial of the Code Prime.
Stimulation of the Mind
Mind Practices attempt to exercise both aspects of the mind. Some practices encourage the transformation process but others work to hold the ideal as it is without the need to complete the process.
